SWT Carlton Marsh

Not much action down on the marsh as the wind cut in from the South. Best bird was a small group of SNIPE that had taken cover from the wind. Altogether three birds sitting close. One was an obvious male with a good rustic tail and short beak. Female more lightly coloured and also longer bill. Only one BUZZARD and a GREEN WOODPECKER.
