I don't seem to pick a HONEY BUZZARD up every year but this is now my third for the garden. All birds flying within feet of there usual track. It seems that this bird was flying along the same course. This must be a flight path that is used I assume for German birds that come over the North Sea hit the coast and head South. This bird was flying 180ft and Heading South, South West. With protruding long neck and long tail as well as slightly smaller than a buzzard I have no difficulty in calling it.
