Ness Point:

A two hour take out proved of some interest from the shore but little to really shout about. Best was the view of BRENT GEESE heading the wrong way with scattered birds coming in at 48 birds. There was only 7 that made a flock of COMMON SCOTER. As for GANNET all birds seen were up and down, but all birds were black and young with only one intermediate and counted in at 10. Just one GREAT CORMORANT and a few TURNSTONE.
