Links Hill,

Call in and to be greeted by the singing of a SONG THRUSH from the wild rose bush was a treat. It was accompanied by two GREENFINCH. Among the gulls were three MEDITERANIAN GULLS. One was nearly in full plumage with a black head. Also a flock of 15 TURNSTONE and on the groynes 10 PURPLE SANDPIPERS. But the bird of interest to me was a gull. To me it shew characteristics of being an argentatus. May well be wrong but what a gull. A big miserable thing.
