Gunton Hall was rather light on the bird front , but at least the pair of EGYPTIAN GEESE were back on site after loosing there young earlier in the year. With only 5 MALLARD and 6 MOORHEN . I just cleaned the windows to the hide.
Pathways: Had a very good holding of GADWALL which put to flight as someone walked round the back. But a 100 GADWALL is no mean feat. About 50 took to the air and 48 remained. Not one MOORHEN.
Wisset Way, Gunton: The sun being out a better picture was possible but in such a short visit they cleared again.
A very pale faced Gadwall, odd or what.
