Pathways and Lodge Road, Walberwick

Bright with slight cold breeze from South East.

Pathways: Just a short call in on the celebration of two years open. This day was also the sighting of the 50 species of bird for 2018. the aim is 80 trust we can pull it off. The bird that made the 50 was a single SWALLOW over the lake. The female MALLARD still has her 11 ducklings. WHITETHROAT 2, CHIFFCHAFF 1, An odd bird today was a single BLACK HEADED GULL in good condition.

Walberswick:    It took till today to get a YELLOWHAMMER how sad is that. Very few WHITETHROAT about in fact only two calling. One BLACKCAP 5 SWALLOW, COMMON BUZZARD 1, MARSH HARRIER 1, KESTREL 1.
