Nicholas Everit Park and late evening Carlton Marsh

Bright day still with a chill.

Nicholas Park:  Walk through with REED WARBLER at Nights Creek and also in reed bed near yacht station. OYSTERCATCHER on the park with a single EGYPTIAN GOOSE. CHAFFINCH, WOOD PIGEON, COLLARD DOVE, BLACKBIRD, ROBIN, COMMON WHITETHROAT, CHIFFCHAFF, CETTI'S WARBLER, PIED WAGTAIL.
Carlton Marsh 8pm:   Three COMMON BUZZARD and a pair of MARSH HARRIER. One GRASSHOPPER WARBLER, COMMON WHITETHROAT and two willow warbler, with a really beautiful SONG THRUSH singing its heart out. BLUE TIT, GREAT TIT, GOLDFINCH, GREENFINCH, PIED WAGTAIL, CETTIE'S WARBLER 3. One GREY HERON flew well off heading North and a CUCKOO could be heard around Fisher Row.
