Yesterday was not the best day, Friend for many years laid to rest at 96, another friends nephew was killed in motorcycle accident and to finish the day it is sad to place on record that a good friend Steve Piotrowski passed away as well. Its so hard to say goodbye and my thoughts are with Kathy, Mark and family.
For all the times we have spent out in the wild and the opportunity he afforded me over the last few years are real, genuine and to always be remembered. One of the last occasions we met was at Minismere and as I struggled along the track at the end sat Steve. As I got closer he called out. "Watch out here comes Lazuras". Sadly he like all of us will leave this scene of time and I trust him to God care and to the resurrection.
